General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

 

1. Scope

 

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between Powerzen (hereinafter "we" or "us") and our customers (hereinafter "customer") regarding the purchase and delivery of dietary supplements.

 

2. Conclusion of contract

 

2.1 The presentation of our products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. The customer then receives an order confirmation by email.

 

3. Prices and payment terms

 

3.1 All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs.

3.2 The customer can pay in advance, by credit card or PayPal.

 

4. Delivery and Shipping

 

4.1 Delivery takes place within Germany. Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

4.2 The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days, unless otherwise stated.

4.3 For international orders, delivery time can be up to 14 days.

 

5. Right of withdrawal

 

5.1 The customer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send us an unambiguous declaration of his decision to withdraw from the contract (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail).

 

6. Warranty and Liability

 

6.1 The statutory warranty rights apply.

6.2 We are only liable for intent and gross negligence, with the exception of injury to life, body and health, for which we are also liable in the event of slight negligence.

 

7. Data Protection

 

7.1 We collect, process and use the customer’s personal data only within the framework of the statutory provisions and the data protection regulations.

 

8. Final provisions

 

8.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the customer and us is [Applicable Location].

8.2 Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

 

9. Severability Clause

 

9.1 Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, or should a gap emerge in these General Terms and Conditions, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The respective statutory provisions shall take the place of the invalid or missing provision.
