reimbursement policy

No Refunds: Powerzen does not provide refunds for purchases made on power-zen.com unless there is a verifiable shipping error on our part.

Return Conditions: Refunds are only granted if the item is returned to us at the buyer’s expense. Since our products are intended for research purposes, we cannot guarantee proper storage conditions after they leave our facility.

Missing Products: If an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately. After reviewing your case, we will send the missing product.

Undeliverable orders

Incorrect Shipping Information:
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details, or if the package cannot be delivered for any reason beyond our control, we do not cover the cost of reshipping. The following reshipment fees apply:

• Within Germany: €10.50

• Outside Germany: €15.00

Unclaimed Shipments:
Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping details and collect your package on time. Returned packages can only be reshipped upon payment of the above fees.

Third-Party Shipping:
All orders are handled by external shipping providers. We do not guarantee specific delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Lost or stolen packages

If your order is lost or stolen during transit, we offer a reshipment only against the following fees:

• Within Germany: €10.50

• Outside Germany: €15.00

If your package is marked as "delivered" in the tracking system but you have not received it, please first contact your local post office. If the issue persists, you may contact us via power-zen.com. A replacement shipment will only be provided upon payment of the above fees.

Canceling or changing an order

Changes: If you would like to change your order, please email us as soon as possible after placing the order. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Cancellation: Our team will be happy to help you cancel your order and refund you the amount in the form of credits for future purchases.
